Hélène Dragatsi has been a member of the Bar of the Province of Quebec since 2001. She graduated from the Université de Montréal with an LL.B. in 1999 .

Throughout her legal career, Ms. Dragatsi has practiced in various areas of law. Demonstrating a significant interest for international matters, she articled in a Dominican Republic firm and worked within international organizations such as the Republic of Korea’s delegation to the Council of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) in Montreal, as well as the International Academy of Law and Mental Health in Montreal.
